Volkswagen Jetta gets into great shape

With over 1,700 units delivered to customers since its launch in July 2011 and being the best selling family sedan here in the first quarter of 2013, the Volkswagen Jetta has been extremely well received and popular in Singapore.

The new Jetta Special Edition is set to further enhance the car's appeal. The Special Edition upgrade includes exclusive features such as front, rear and side skirts, 18-inch 'Preston' alloy wheels, chrome tailpipes, tinted windows and aluminium pedals.

Backing up the Jetta Special Edition's sporty appearance are the powerful 1.4 TSI engine (122bhp or 160bhp) and quick-shifting seven-speed DSG transmission. More importantly, fuel consumption is a class leading 6.0L/100km, and the Jetta remains the only car in its segment to qualify for a $10,000 government CEVS rebate.

Prices for the Jetta Special Edition start from $123,300 with COE. The car will be officially launched tomorrow on 1^st May 2013.

Special showroom events to commemorate the launch will be held on 4^th - 5^th May 2013, at both Volkswagen Centre Singapore (Alexandra) and Volkswagen Centre Singapore (MacPherson). Among the exciting activities are fitness demonstrations and Xbox Kinect game challenges.
