Catch your free MRT ride between three Circle Line stations!

LTA has announced that during the Circle Line Stage 6 (CCL6) public preview on 4 July 2026, commuters will be able to preview and enjoy free travel between Keppel, Cantonment, and Prince Edward Road MRT stations from 09:30am to 09:00pm.

Following this, CCL6 will open for passenger service on 12 July 2026. The opening of these three new stations will complete the Circle Line by connecting the HarbourFront station to the Marina Bay station.

This now means that the completed Circle Line - finally living up to its moniker - will see 12 interchange stations connecting commuters to all existing MRT lines.

Commuters will enjoy shorter travel times between areas in the west (such as Pasir Panjang and Kent Ridge) with the Central Business District and Marina Bay in the city centre, as well as areas in the east (such as Paya Lebar and Mountbatten).

The new stations will also have features such as barrier-free access, lifts, escalators, and tactile guidance systems to the key touchpoints. Bicycle parking lots and sheltered linkways also provided an additional level of much-needed convenience.
