EVS now offers vehicle valuation services

Electric Vehicle SG (EVS) has announced its membership with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), making it one of the few EV-focused dealerships in Singapore capable of delivering vehicle valuations supported by professional industry standards.

With its SISV membership, EVS can now provide both vehicle valuation services and certified valuation reports by an Accredited Motor Valuer, pre-purchase vehicle inspections, trade-in valuation assessments, insurance and financing-related vehicle valuations, and independent EV battery health assessments.

And to further strengthen its inspection capabilities, EVS is also working closely with VICOM. This will see the former's customers benefit from comprehensive vehicle inspections and specialised EV battery testing, as well as helping them better understand the condition, performance, and remaining lifespan of an EV before making a purchase.

As battery health remains one of the most important factors in determining an EV's value, EVS says that it aims to provide greater transparency and confidence throughout the buying and selling process.

EVS's expertise and contribution to Singapore's EV landscape have also been recognised by major media outlets. This saw the company featured on the CNA938 Rewind programme, in the episode "EV sales surge in Singapore; insider says we've reached tipping point" that featured company founder Ong Kheng Kwang, and also on 8world News and Channel 8 News, where EVS shared expert insights on Singapore's growing electric vehicle market and industry developments.
