Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services (MBFS) Singapore continue to advance in the digital space with the introduction of an end-to-end Digital Contracting process. Customers can now enjoy a fully digital experience from the time they select their vehicle, calculate monthly payments, submit their finance application and obtain real-time approval, to when their financing contract is activated and welcome pack is received.
Besides doing away with traditional paper forms and physical documentation, the more streamlined and environmentally-friendly Digital Contracting process also enables customers to e-sign their contracts at any time, from any device, at their own convenience. "The Digital Contracting process is a win-win for us - it not only brings about added customer value, but also greater operational efficiencies at the showroom," noted Eric Chan, Managing Director, Cycle & Carriage Singapore.
MBFS Singapore is dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience with its fully integrated and innovative financial and insurance services that support the purchase or lease of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Currently, one out of every two Mercedes-Benz passenger cars sold is financed by MBFS Singapore. It is a company of the Daimler Financial Services Group, headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, which does business in 40 countries and has an employee base of more than 12,000 people globally.
