Volkswagen's all-wheel drive 4Motion system will come as standard with the 2.0-litre.
The top-of-the-line T-Roc R meanwhile, will get a 296bhp four-cylinder mated to the 4Motion all-wheel drive system. An R-specific exterior pairs with a steering wheel equipped with touch controls and a dedicated R button for direct access to driving profile selection in the cabin.
The T-Roc is also available as a cabriolet with an electrically operated, three-layer, fabric soft top that can be opened in under nine seconds.
