Rented a 5 series from the company sometime last year.

Got a very decent car to drive around. There were no problems with the car, absolutely fantastic experience.

Ken was the one who attended to me.

Was happy and decided to use their services again.

Gave a call to enquire on rates for a more than a month rental on a small hatchback. Was trying to negotiate for a cheaper rate since im intending to take more than a month after having sold my car.

The guy on the phone simply replied with a "no" and nothing else.

Feeling embarassed, i thanked the guy and ended the conversation quickly.

Now i have sent them another email stating my request and will just wait for their response.

I would have given customer service a 5 if not because of this experience. Management Response

Rented a Mazda 3 from them through Drive.sg over the weekend. Price was cheaper than other rental companies. Paperwork and administration was quick and snappy.

The exterior of the vehicle looked decent and clean. However, when I stepped in the car, there was a pungent smell (like a drain kind of smell). The mats were soiled with dead leaves and mud and the dashboard was dirty with some weird purple stains which I couldn't get rid of.

On my 2nd day of rental, when I entered the vehicle I saw a couple of baby cockroaches on the driver and rear passenger seats. Disgusted, I went to a petrol station to spray insecticide on the floor mats and the boot. To my horror, more baby cockroaches came out from everywhere; under the seat, from the aircon, from the boot, from the vents in the front wiper and even on the top of the vehicle. Its' a bloody nest in there! Popped open the front compartment and found a big cockroach that escaped into the cracks on the dashboard. Perhaps the pungent smell was the smell of cockroach nest.

I was totally disgusted and felt uncomfortable driving around for the next 2 days. A totally disappointing experience and when I raised this issue up to the staff when I return the car, she just merely replied a "Thanks" in chinese.

I pity the next person who's going to lease the vehicle. Am never going back to them ever again. Management Response

I am very, very impressed and extremely happy by the company's professional and efficient handling of my accident case, as well as the rental service.

My case might be exceptional, but who knows.

I booked a Mazda 3 from their web site on 13-Dec-2013 (it is a Friday, I booked at around lunch time). After checking the availability, I indicated in the booking progress that I need the car from 9am 14-Dec-2013 (Saturday) to 9am 16-Dec-2013 (Monday), and paid deposit of SGD200 through PayPal.

It was until Saturday morning before I am going to collect the car at 9AM, I was told that someone will need to contact me before I can confirm my booking within two days (that means nobody get alerts since I paid the deposit in their booking system since I didn't get any call till Saturday morning.). After some discussion, I finally got a Hundai hatchback, that is ok, I am grateful to that.

Things go ugly when I return the car to them on Monday morning. The guy handling us (who is a different guy from whom we collect the car) obviously pulls a long face, and we had argument over one scratch. I told him I have captured picture previously and tried to show him, he simply rejected and said who knows when I captured the photos, and his aggressiveness is simply not acceptable, customer does not deserve that.

We have to resorts to the guy who accept us when we collect the car to resolve the issue. The final conclusion is, the said scratch is not caused by me.

This is the first time I use their service, and should be the last. Advice to other people, make sure to use your camera to capture each and every scratch (luckily I did) of the car you are going to rent from them.

I am amazed how proffesional your guys are.
Especially the "uncle" that attended to us, by guiding us through the process of getting to know and operating the switches of their Toyota Alphard.
Also their price that we paid was very reasonable which includes insurance, normally others will ask you to top up when you pick up the car. Management Response

I did a few research before deciding to rent a Mazda 3 from this provider from 19 Nov to 23 Nov 09. The car came in good condition. Its staff, Mr Kuma did a great job in maintaining the car clean and neat. Its exterior was still "well-groomed". You wont feel feel embarrassed when driving out on the road. The pricing was reasonable given the above considerations. Will definitely recommend others to rent the cars from this provider. Management Response
