Land Rover recently organised the first ever Land Rover Experience Tour, which was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Land Rover and head off on an unforgettable adventure.

At the Regional Finals, participants were made to drive through tricky off-road terrain through the jungles of Laos in order to get to their challenge stations, where they were put through a number of tests to determine who came up tops.
Among the challenges that they had to tackle include tricky situations, such as having to do a slalom in reverse, driving through a course blindfolded while being guided by a co-driver, and having to hit tennis ball targets with only the wing mirrors of their cars. Contestants were also tested on their off-road driving skills, problem solving abilities, communication and teamwork.
Of the 14 teams, which comprised of two persons per team, four came up tops in the Regional Finals. The winning teams were from Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and New Zealand, and they each won the chance to travel on an all-expenses paid six-day off-road adventure in Peru for the Land Rover Experience Tour Peru 2017, which be held from 4th to 9th November.
