Motorway SsangYong Pte Ltd, under Motorway Group, has announced the official launch of the 2025 SsangYong Musso double cab pickup.
The popular Musso double-cab pickup is now upgraded with a more powerful Euro 6 compliant, 2.2-litre engine with a maximum output of 149kW (200bhp) and 441Nm of torque. It also offers three drive modes: 2H (for normal road use), 4H (for off-road use), and 4L (for extreme off-road use).
Inside, its cabin offers space for five, while it has also been approved for HDB season parking. A height of 1,840mm ensures clearing of most multi-storey carparks. The pickup can also carry a maximum weight of 920kg.
In addition, the Musso is equipped with safety features such as a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, ISOFIX child seat mountings, Hill Start Assist, Lane Keep Assist, Lane Departure Warning, and reverse sensors.
The new SsangYong Musso now comes with a factory-backed five-year/100,000km warranty (whichever comes first) and three-year/60,000km free servicing included in its launch price of $109,888 (excluding COE).
In other exciting news, Motorway Group has revealed that the Musso will be the last model sold under SsangYong. Subsequent new models will be sold under its new name - KGM - marking a new chapter for the iconic South Korean automotive brand in Singapore.
As part of this rejuvenation, KGM's Singapore lineup will see two forthcoming arrivals, namely the Musso EV double-cab pickup (Q3 2025) and the Torres EVX EV SUV (Q4 2025).
