Accident with taxi leaves motorcyclist injured

The Straits Times reported that a female motorcyclist was taken to hospital this morning after a collision between her motorbike and a taxi at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4 and Ang Mo Kio Street 13.
An eyewitness who was at the scene at about 7:00am told The Straits Times the rider's head was bandaged, and there was blood on the road.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they responded to a call for an ambulance at 6:40am. "A female motorcyclist in her 50s was sent to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital," said an SCDF spokesman.
