Carlsson prepares custom SLK for international climb events

The custom built SLK340 race car will participate in international hill climb events and is decked with a wide and aggressive carbon fibre front splitter, an equally wide rear wing and a DTM styled diffuser. The KW competition suspension is adjustable while equipped with high-performance brakes and 18-inch BBS racing wheels.
Sadly there are no pictures of the interior, but the SLK340 is equipped with Fibreworks racing seats and a roll cage that meet global standards.
The SLK340 is powered by a 3.4-litre V8 engine that develops 610bhp and 430Nm of torque to propel the 780kg scud missile.
Giving us a sneak preview before the actual debut during the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, Carlsson have provided first details for the SLK340 based sports car for the Meisel Motorsport team.
