Cycle & Carriage brings the new MIFA 7 Elite to Tampines 1

Budding car owners and petrolheads staying in the east will have something to look forward to for the week of 30 March to 5 April 2026, as Cycle & Carriage (C&C) brings a host of models from different brands to Tampines 1.
On display are the two latest models from Maxus, an SUV from Leapmotor (one of the newest brands to make an entry into the local market this year), and a cute little compact electric hatchback from ORA.
First up is the latest model from C&C's entire lineup - the Maxus MIFA 7 Elite, which celebrated its local launch less than two weeks ago and is now making arguably its first public appearance.
Fans of the MPV may notice that the MIFA 7 Elite costs a fair bit less than the Premium variant, and that's because Maxus has fitted it with a smaller battery (77kWh as compared to the Premium's 90kWh battery), as well as removed some of the "bells and whistles" of the Premium. This includes the absence of its sunroof, ventilated seats, and electrical seat adjustments that can otherwise be found on the higher-tier variant.
The MIFA 7 Elite did away with most of the Premium variant's "bells and whistles", but still retains all its good qualities and now offers compatibility with the Hi Maxus app
However, the MIFA 7 Elite still retains all the good qualities of the model. The sliding doors still remain, as well as generous headroom and second-row captain seats.
In addition, Maxus MIFA 7 Elite owners enjoy an exclusive, extra perk: They can now control their vehicle with the Hi Maxus app, which allows for remote monitoring and control. This feature is currently unavailable for owners of the MIFA 7 Premium variant, unfortunately.
As for the other relatively new face at the roadshow, the MIFA 9 on display is the same facelifted model that was previewed at the 2026 Singapore Motor Show. And what's different about this seven-seat MPV as compared to its 2023 predecessor is that inclusion of a front full length light bar, as well as a refurbished cockpit.

Its infotainment system also gets an upgrade, with a 10.25-inch display replacing the 7.0-inch one found on its predecessor. It also has a dual 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment display and offers Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.
Otherwise, the updated MIFA 9 also retains the same space and comfort features that defined its predecessor. Two options are offered for this model: Luxury and Premium, with the former (currently on display at the roadshow) serving as the base variant.
The C10 SUV is currently Leapmotor's only model in Singapore, but will be followed by the B10 and C16 in due time
There's also another relatively "new kid on the block", though in this case, we're referring more to the brand than the model. Leapmotor celebrated its debut at the 2026 Singapore Motor Show, but still only has one model for sale: The C10, which was introduced here in Q4 2025.
This all-electric SUV comes with a 69.9kWh battery that delivers a combined range of 419km (its city-only range swells to 565km), and can be recharged from 30-80% in 30 minutes thanks to its ability to support DC charging at up to 84kW. Its maximum power output of 100kW and 320Nm of torque puts it firmly in Cat A territory.
The C10's boot can be opened by swiping down on the infotainment screen to activate the "tailgate" option, or via a small button on the tailgate's exterior
The C10 also has a spacious and airy interior, complemented by features such as a heated leather steering wheel with multifunction buttons, second row air conditioning vents, electric front seats with memory and welcome functions that are also heated and ventilated, and keyless entry and engine start, among others.
One thing about the C10 though, is that in order to access its boot, one has to press a well-camouflaged button on its tailgate, or swipe down on the display screen to access the "tailgate" function. For drivers used to a button on the driver's side door armrest, this may take some getting used to.
And the last model on display is by no means a "new face", although it does have a pretty pleasant design along with being aptly named: The ORA Good Cat.
Something about its front fascia just seems so appealing, and with light exterior colours and a compact size, one might have to resist the urge to pinch its cheeks or pet its bonnet. C&C says that its user-friendly qualities and ease of driving make it a popular model amongst newer drivers, and it's not hard to see why.
Small as it may be, the Good Cat is by no means slow. A better word to describe it would be "nippy", with a power output of 105kW and 210Nm of torque. Range is pretty decent too, with a 63kWh battery offering a range of 420km and supporting DC charging at up to 67kW, which allows the Good Cat to recharge from 20-80% in 37 minutes.
Two variants are also available for the Good Cat in Singapore, with the GT trim stretching out slightly larger than the base variant thanks to its bodykit.
As for pricing, the Maxus MIFA 7 Elite and MIFA 9 Luxury are offered at a starting price of $186,999 and $257,999 respectively, the Leapmotor C10 goes for a starting price of $169,999, and the ORA Good Cat starts at $163,999. (All prices accurate at time of writing, inclusive of COE.)
The Maxus MIFA 7 Elite, MIFA 9 Luxury and Premium, and the ORA Good Cat come with 10 years of servicing and a 10-year battery warranty, while the Leapmotor C10 SUV comes with a 10-year battery warranty.
The Cycle & Carriage roadshow will run from 30 March to 5 April 2026, from 10:00am to 10:00pm, at Tampines 1, Singapore 529536.
