Cycle & Carriage launches new MIFA 7 variant

The Maxus MIFA 7 Electric MPV will be getting another variant, with Cycle & Carriage announcing the launch of the MIFA 7 Elite.

While this new model year enhancement retains many key specifications of its predecessor, it also introduces a series of thoughtful upgrades. This can be seen at the front, with the MIFA 7 Elite sporting a refreshed front fascia, which is defined by a full-width LED light bar that seamlessly connects the left and right headlamps.

Inside, drivers can expect enhanced technology updates. The MIFA 7 Elite now comes with in-car connectivity, enabling smartphone integration and real-time access to key vehicle functions. This means that drivers can now easily check vehicle status, lock or unlock doors, pre-condition the cabin, monitor battery levels, and locate nearby EV charging stations.

Intelligent voice control also helps manage climate, navigation, and window functions with ease. Meanwhile, in-built navigation and a high-definition 360° camera enhance visibility and make parking easier.

The MIFA 7 Elite also retains the signature spaciousness and high-quality features of the Maxus lineup, offering a seven-seater cabin with ample legroom. Other key features include a 2-2-3 seating layout featuring comfortable second-row captain's seats, dual powered wide sliding doors for easy access, and a low ground clearance of 152mm.

It also comes with a host of advanced safety systems, including Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Adaptive Cruise Control. And in the central area of the dashboard sits its infotainment system with dual 12.3-inch displays offering both wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

And it can go the distance too, with its 77kWh battery offering a WLTP city range of up to 550km and 120kW of DC fast charging, which allows it to recharge from 20-80% in just 30 minutes.
