The Move measures in at 3395mm in length, and has a wheelbase of 2455mm. The new Move is 35kg lighter than the previous model, thanks to weight-saving measures taken by Daihatsu, such as reducing the weight of instrument panel and door trim as well as CVT unit and other components.
The new Move is powered by an all-new KF engine which Daihatsu claims to have the world's first i-EGR system that detects the combustion state using ions as well as Japan's first plastic electronic throttle body. The 660cc engine, which also has a start-stop system, churns out 52bhp and 60Nm of torque, and is mated to a CVT gearbox.
