Driver injures himself when his car catches fire

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) received a call at around 7:35pm on Saturday, regarding a white Proton Saga that caught fire along Keppel Road towards VivoCity.The SCDF arrived at scene in roughly five minutes and extinguished the fire using two jets in 10 minutes. The male driver of the car who is believed to be about 40-years old suffered slight burns to his right calf.
He was still conscious when he was conveyed to the Singapore General Hospital.
