Fiat Viaggio officially announced after earlier leak

Following an earlier online leak, Fiat has moved to release official details about the 2013 Viaggio.The Viaggio is slated for debut at the Auto China in Beijing and is a compact sedan is based on the Dodge Dart. It inherits the same CUSW (Compact US Wide) platform as the Dodge Dart and has a wheelbase that spans 2,708mm.
On the exterior, the Viaggio features a chrome grille, sweptback headlights and LED-infused taillights.
In terms of power, it will be provided by a 1.4-litre T-Jet engine with outputs of 118hp and 148hp which can be connected to a five-speed manual or a dual-clutch transmission.
The Viaggio will be built in Changsha, China and should hit the markets in the 3Q 2012.
