Filming continues for Fast and Furious 7

Fast and Furious 7, which was already in production, was due 11th July this year. Thus, when actor and Fast and Furious franchise mainstay Paul Walker died in a car accident last November, the next installment of the movie was suspended. While Universal Studios figured out how it was going to fill the gap, the screenwriter rewrote the script and resumed filming.
The New York Daily News reported that Walker's remaining scenes in the film will be captured with the use of four body doubles 'for movement and as a base', with Walker's face and voice laid over that with computer generated imagery (CGI).
The rewrite retires his character, FBI detective Brian O'Connor, instead of killing him off. The film is expected to be released on 10th April 2015.
