Gathering of some of the fastest and most powerful cars in the world

This year's edition of Cholmondeley Pageant of Power - U.K.'s biggest celebration of power and speed - will play host to some of the world's greatest modern supercars, hypercars and lightweight track cars from illustrious marques including Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin and Bentley, among others, in mid-June.

The Supercar class is the most hotly contested element of the Pageant's on-track action, and is also the class which has most consistently produced the winner of the fastest-lap award annually.  

Entrants in 2013 will include a buffet of saliva inducing performance cars including the Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera Edizione Tecnica, Bugatti Veyron Super Sport, Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse, Lexus LFA, Porsche 911 Carrera 4S, and a host of British supercar talent - including the new Jaguar F-Type, Bentley Continental GT Speed, Noble M600, McLaren 12C and Morgan Aero Supersports.

The event's demanding 1.9km circuit will give crowds the chance to see which is fastest as they each attempt to beat the course record over the weekend.

Centenary celebrations for Aston Martin, and a 50^th birthday for Lamborghini will also give visitors the chance to get up close with some of the most beautiful and powerful sports cars ever made. Over 100 Aston Martin models and more than 30 Lamborghinis will be on display including the new Vanquish, and the new Aventador Roadster.

Now in its sixth year, the 2013 Pageant will take place on the Cholmondeley Estate in Cheshire from 14^th to 16^th June.
