Na Oh, the Korean restaurant at Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore (HMGICS), has unveiled its refreshed summer menu for 2025. The seasonal rotation continues its focus on fresh ingredients from HMGICS's Smart Farm and time-honoured Korean culinary traditions.
This menu features the return of a couple of favourite Korean summer dishes, including Samgyetang and Pyongyang-style cold noodles, as well as two new appetisers, one new main, and a new dessert.
These include the Mugunji and Pork Belly Jeon, a crispy, savoury pancake made with aged kimchi (mugunji) and pork belly. It is paired with a salad of assorted lettuces, freshly harvested each morning from Na Oh's Smart Farm.
The second appetiser, Hwe Muchim, presents a vibrant salad of raw wild summer croaker, fine vegetables, gochujang, sesame leaf, and rock seaweed. Bold and spicy, this dish reimagines a Korean summer classic with bright flavours and layered textures.
For the main course, Gamasot Albap and White Kimchi Jjigae feature golden queen rice topped with fish roe and spicy pollack muchim. It is served with a unique white kimchi stew that is associated with northern-style cooking, alongside seasonal squash blossom and shrimp jeon.
To conclude the meal, the Summer Melon Bingsu dessert offers a light and cooling take on the traditional Korean shaved ice dessert.
Na Oh is located at the third floor of HMGICS, which is located at 2 Bulim Link, Singapore 649674. The restaurant is open from Tuesdays to Saturdays, with lunch beginning and ending from 11:30am to 03:30pm (last seating at 02:00pm), and dinner beginning and ending from 06:00pm to 10:00pm (last seating at 08:00pm).
