The Honda Super-One compact EV prototype has made its world premiere at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show and will be on display at its booth throughout the duration of the event, which will run from 31 October to 9 November 2025.
The prototype's exterior features prominent blister fenders encasing its wide tyres, an aerodynamic design sporting front and rear air ducts, and practical features that support excellent driving performance.
Inside, it comes with sports seats designed exclusively for this model, as well as an asymmetric layout of blue surface material and the horizontal orientation of the instrument panel.
Moreover, Boost Mode, developed exclusively for this model, increases the power output to enable the power unit to fully unleash its performance potential, while also synchronising the simulated seven-speed transmission and the Active Sound Control system to generate powerful engine sound and sharp gearshift feel.
In addition, the Super-One prototype has also undergone extensive testing on various road surfaces and diverse climate conditions in countries such as Japan and the U.K. to further enhance its driving performance.
Honda has said that it plans to launch the production model based on this prototype in Japan starting from 2026, where it will also branch out to other regions with strong demands for compact EVs in the future.
