Fully street legal, the eRod bears more than a passing resemblance to the Ariel Atom. That's because it's a basic, bare-bones buggy with a tubular chassis, a handful of plastic body panels, and a pair of bucket seats. The drivetrain is built around an electric motor located right behind the seats and a thin battery pack that runs down the middle of the car.
