Lamborghini certified as a Top Employer in Italy

Lamborghini has been certified as a 'Top Employer Italia' for the 11^th year in a row.

The certification comes as the firm has received the first institutional approvals of its 'Direzione Cor Tauri' programme to electrify its future models and decarbonise its entire value chain. The plan calls for the largest investment in Research and Development in its history, and is said to require the employment of at least 500 people by 2026.

Lamborghini states that this certification demonstrates its attention paid to its employees which have included programmes dedicated to improving physical and mental well-being, as well as concrete actions to guarantee a healthy work-life balance, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

The firm launch what it called the Lamborghini Feelosophy in 2021, a programme designed to promote all-round well-being and cultivating growth by listening in and encouraging continuous improvement. Alongside the issues of sustainable nutrition and the importance of sleep, the focus for of the programme for 2024 is said to be on psychological well-being, with the firm offering psychological support sessions with a mental health professional.
