The Lamborghini Revuelto has made its premiere in Japan.
Celebrating the marque's 60th anniversary, the car - Lamborghini's first plug-in hybrid - made its premiere in front of 500 guests. The car also made its premiere at the Ariake Arena, which served as one of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues and is slated to become Tokyo's new sports and cultural hub.
The Lamborghini Revuelto made its premiere in Japan alongside some of the firm's most iconic V12-engined models The brand also used to occasion to pay tribute to its V12 heritage with a showcase of the past V12-engined models such as the 400 GT, Miura, Countach, Diablo, Murcielago and Aventador.
The Revuelto's extensive customisation possibilities were also on display in the dedicated Ad Personam area, where guests could touch and feel the various materials in order to customise their new vehicles with exterior and interior color and trim options, and special finishes that personify their individual preferences.
Also at the event was a design corner - a duplicate of Lamborghini's Head of Design Mitja Borkert's studio - which allowed guests to witness live sketching and to visualise the creative flow that led to the design of the Revuelto.
