Land Rover Classic offers off-road drive experience

Land Rover Classic is offering all the chance to partake in a full day off-road drive experience held in the grounds of Eastnor Castle and Estate on come 9 November 2023.

The experience, Land Rover states, will cover a meticulously designed 97km route of carefully managed off-road trails that includes several key locations in the illustrious 60-year history of Land Rover and the estate. These include the original route from the 1970 Range Rover press launch, as well as a drive alongside the famous inaugural Gearbox hill, one of the largest test hills on the site used by Land Rover for testing since 1960.
The drive will also see specially trained instructors offering one-to-one instruction, enabling guests to explore the heritage of adventure and experience Land Rover's all terrain capability, achieving the impossible on this adrenaline fuelled experience.
The experience will also utilise a hand selected number of rare vehicles from the private Land Rover Classic Collection, including examples of the Series I Defender and a Series IIa Defender owned by Land Rover co-founder Spencer Wilks, on top of the latest Land Rover Classic Defender Works V8 Trophy Edition.
Guests will have the opportunity to take part in a behind the scenes tour of Classic Works and private collection as part of the experience.
