LTA reduces PIE-CTE ERP rate

Following a quarterly review of traffic conditions on Electronic Road Pricing (ERP)-priced roads and expressways, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) will be revising the ERP rates at the gantry of the PIE slip road into CTE.
The current rate for motorists passing through during the hours of 8:00am to 8:30am will be reduced from $3.50 to $3.00.
Motorists passing through the gantry from 8:30am - 9:00am will pay $4.00 instead of the current $5.
The revised rates for this gantry will take effect from 4th May 2009, while others will remain unchanged.
According to LTA, the next ERP rate review will take place in May 2009 for the June School Holidays.
