McLaren Automotive announces 25th global market just two years after launch

The range of high performance cars from McLaren Automotive will be officially available in Malaysia as early as September 2013 through Sime Darby Motors. Sime Darby will represent the British brand in our neighbouring country as McLaren Kuala Lumpur. The announcement marks the company's 41st retail location in its 25th global market, an achievement keeping in mind that all these are established within two years of its launch.
The flagship sales gallery for Sime Darby Motors, operated by Sime Darby Auto Britannia Sdn Bhd (Auto Britannia), is situated in Mutiara Damansara, Kuala Lumpur. The gallery will be supported by a Service Centre, where staff will be fully trained at the McLaren Automotive factory in Woking, U.K.

Auto Britannia benefits from Sime Darby Motors' extensive experience in serving the Asia Pacific region's luxury automotive markets, including Malaysia," explained Mirko Bordiga, McLaren Automotive Regional Director for Asia Pacific.
McLaren Kuala Lumpur is Sime Darby Motors’ third partnership with McLaren after McLaren Hong Kong and McLaren Shanghai.
