Jorge Lorenzo, winner of 47 MotoGP races, has collected his new Lamborghini Urus S courtesy of the marque's La Prima customer experience.
The La Prima programme offers customers the opportunity to collect their new vehicle straight from the factory. The visit can tailored according to the client's wishes, but includes a guided VIP tour through the production facilities. Lorenzo's visit included exploring Lamborghini's recently expanded, world-class carbon fibre facility, a tour of the production lines for both Urus and the company's newly announced Revuelto, as well as a visit to the recently renewed Lamborghini Museum.
Although Lamborghini's Ad Personam program offers customers a vast choice of colours, Lorenzo elected for a stealthier treatment. His car is finished in Nero Helene on the exterior with Nero Ade as the primary interior hue. Giallo Taurus yellow stitching on the steering wheel and seatbelts enliven the interior of the Urus S.
The Lamborghini Urus S is powered by the firm's 4.0-litre, 657bhp twin-turbo V8 that allows it to accelerate to 100km/h in 3.5 seconds. A 48V active anti-roll system, alongside a variable all-wheel drive system that incorporates an active center differential and a rear differential gives the Urus S torque vectoring across the rear axle for phenomenal handling capabilities.
