The 37th Thailand International Motor Expo will emphasise the technological development and innovation of the auto sector with a new motto: Whatever Changes will be… Move on.
Kwanchai Paphatphong, President and CEO of Inter-Media Consultant Co, Ltd and Organising Chairman of the event, revealed the background to the theme of this year's motor show, stating, "After over a century of continuous development motor vehicles are entering an era of major technological change where they will not need fuel and the internal combustion engine anymore. In addition to electric power, car makers are also seeking other kinds of energy to replace oil, such as hydrogen, fuel cells, solar power, etc., Commercial production of vehicles running on these energy sources has begun and they are expected to be viable alternatives to electric vehicles in the future. For this reason, we have come up with the motto for the 37th Thailand International Motor Expo as 'Whatever Changes will be… Move on' to encourage car makers to create motor vehicles that run on various kinds of energy and exhibit them at the event."
The 37th Thailand International Motor Expo will be held at IMPACT Challenger, Muang Thong Thani in the Nonthaburi Province of Bangkok, from 2 to 13 December 2020. More information on the exposition is available at its website here.
