Kia launches 2026 FIFA World Cup-inspired display themes

Kia Corporation (Kia) has announced the launch of 16 additional Display Themes to celebrate the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Developed in line with its "Inspiration Connects Us All" campaign, the new themes follow on from the 2026 FIFA World Cup Global Display Theme unveiled in December and will include customised elements, such as the cluster and infotainment display colours and graphics, navigation and driving information, and animations during the vehicle start-up and shutdown.

Unfortunately for local car owners who are avid football supporters, these themes will only be available for certain Kia vehicles equipped with the ccNC (Connected Car Navigation Cockpit) infotainment system in the U.S.A, Europe, and South Korea.

These can be downloaded and used at no charge through the Kia Connect Store and will remain accessible through 31 August 2026, around the 2026 FIFA World Cup timeframe. In Europe, the themes will be available starting from 31 March 2026.

These themes will feature all three 2026 FIFA World Cup host countries - U.S.A, Canada, and Mexico - as well as participating countries that include South Korea, England, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Argentina, and Australia.

And if you counted, there are only 15 countries mentioned in the previous paragraph. This is because the 16^th and final Display Theme will honour the youth players that will be selected as Official Match Ball Carriers and take part in the ceremonial opening moment by delivering the official match ball.
