Rolls-Royce announces record half-year sales

Compared to the same period in 2013, sales for Rolls-Royce cars have increased by 33 percent around the world. Sales growth was seen in all regions, with a particularly strong performance in Europe, with an increase by over 60 percent, Asia Pacific up by almost 40 percent and the Middle East up by over 30 percent.
Double digit growth was also observed in the United States and China while in Europe, strong performance was seen in Germany, with sales doubling.
Rolls-Royce continues to see strong customer demand for Wraith (above), significant orders for the recently announced Ghost facelift and good demand for the Phantom range across the world. Bespoke production continues at record levels across all model families.
With the results, the iconic British automaker has successfully retained its position at the very pinnacle of the super-luxury market, maintaining segment leadership for motor cars selling above €200,000 (S$338,800). The marque is proud to claim no other luxury brand sells as many cars in this segment as itself.
