SGCAN hosts first-ever CAR-nival event

Singapore Car Audio Network (SGCAN) recently hosted its first-ever CAR-nival event, held on 6 October 2024, at Kallang Open Air carpark, beside the Decathlon outlet at Kallang.

The event, which ran from 8:00am to 7:00pm, was planned with family-oriented activities in mind such as a bouncing castle and carnival games, with SGCAN hoping to make car audio appreciation an activity for everyone to enjoy.

SGCAN hosted the event with the aim of encouraging family bonding through music and healthy activities

SGCAN hosted its very first Car Audio Competition challenge during the event too, where participants from various Southeast Asian countries were in attendance. SGCAN's Sound Appreciation event was also back for a second year running, allowing car audio enthusiasts to test out brands like Morel, Sony, JBL, to name a few, in the demo cars provided.

Finally, the CAR-nival event played host to a car boot sale and various venders like Littlebotany and Snoozy's Farm, among others, which peddled their wares and services, on top of the usual audio and car products on offer.
