Sgcarmart recognised for its effort in nurturing tech talent

Sgcarmart (SGCM Pte Ltd) has been recognised for its efforts to nurture tech talents.

The firm has won the 'Most Progressive Employers of Tech Talents' award from the Tech Talent Assembly. This prestigious award is only bestowed upon organisations that have supported their tech talents in skills development and career progression.

The award is a recognition of Sgcarmart's efforts to raise the skill sets and competencies of its current tech staff, as well as its continued efforts to recruit and train both new and mid-career tech talents.

It was a double celebration for Sgcarmart, as Mrs. Paustina Chou, GM of Product Development, was also awarded the 'Tech Talent Builders' by the Tech Talent Assembly. This award recognises individuals who have nurtured the tech teams in their organisation, forged career pathways and training opportunities, and developed the skills of other tech talents.

Shahrul Tahir, CEO of Sgcarmart, was quoted as saying, "This double win for Sgcarmart is a testament to our continuous pursuit for improvement and talent development, in line with our vision to further forge our position as Singapore's no.1 automotive platform".

The Tech Talent Assembly is an association for information and communication technologies professionals in Singapore affiliated to the National Trades Union Congress, with the mission to nurture all tech talents via an accessible platform for future ready skills and to raise their employability through lifelong learning and sharing.
