Singaporean hurt in Hokkaido accident discharged from hospital

A Singaporean woman, who is part of a 33-member tour group involved in an accident in Hokkaido, has been discharged from the hospital after surgery. She is now resting in a hotel with her husband, who is travelling with her.
Both of them will rejoin the tour group and return to Singapore tomorrow.
The tour bus which ferried them was en route to Sapporo, the largest city on Hokkaido, when it met with a head on collision with a truck. 14 people on board the bus, including Singaporeans, were injured.
