The new smart fortwo and forfour will be arriving in the U.K. early in 2015. They're more economical, agile, stylish and spacious than ever before. Despite modest proportions the new fortwo and forfour are packed with equipment including: Direct steer electric power steering, an automatic start/stop function and LED daytime running lights.
The fortwo will be available in two power output guises - 71bhp and 90bhp turbo - and paired with either a new five-speed manual gearbox or an optional six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, which will bring the first dual-clutch transmission into the micro car segment.

From launch the forfour will feature the 71bhp engine and like the fortwo, it will be twinned as standard with the manual gearbox. On the combined cycle the forfour will return up to 28.6km/L while emitting just 97g/km of CO2 going on to a top speed of 150km/h.
During the launch of the fortwo and forfour there will also be the special edition #1 version which features unique exterior colour schemes. The fortwo is fitted with white body panels and feature a lava orange tridion with orange/black interior. Both the fortwo and forfour feature velour mats with edition #1 embroidery.
