Tommaso Volpe appointed as Infiniti's Global Director for Formula One

Tommaso Volpe has been appointed as Infiniti's new Formula One Global Director from September, and he will be responsible for Infiniti's entire activities around its title partnership and vehicle performance partnership with quadruple Formula One Constructors' Champions Infiniti Red Bull Racing.

Japanese luxury automaker, Infiniti, is the title partner and vehicle performance partner of Infiniti Red Bull Racing and shares a far-reaching technical collaboration with the F1 team.

Also, four-time World Champion driver, Sebastian Vettel, serves as Infiniti's Director of Performance.

Volpe joins Infiniti from Lotus Cars in the U.K., where he has been the Head of Global Marketing and Retail Merchandising.

Volpe most recently worked for Lotus Cars U.K. where he relaunched the Lotus brand, developed integrated marketing, sales and PR plans, and activated the sponsorship with the Lotus F1 team.

Prior to that, Volpe worked for Ferrari in Italy as Corporate Marketing Manager. Volpe is an Italian national and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universita Federico II in Naples, Italy.
