Volkswagen launches the new California campervan for sale

A few days after announcing that it will be electrifying the Multivan bus and the California camper van, Volkswagen has announced that the latter will now go on sale starting from 8 November 2024.
The camper van comes in three detailed trims: Beach Camper, Coast, and Ocean; with a choice of three powertrains: diesel, petrol, or plug-in hybrid.
The first customer deliveries will commence from winter 2024, with customers who purchase the new California benefitting from the 5+ Promise standard warranty and service plan at no extra cost.
The service plan includes various car services, a five-year warranty and five years of Roadside Assistance.
