Volkswagen strengthens carbon neutrality push in China

Volkswagen is boosting its e-mobility offensive with a host of electrified models set for release in China.
Next year, about 300,000 of Volkswagen's electrified models are set to be handed over to customers, and that figure is expected to reach one million by 2025. By 2023, Volkswagen will offer 10 models based on the MEB modular electric drive platform on the Chinese market.
In Guangzhou, the ID.Next SUV gave a glimpse of the first model in the ID. family for China.
