After spending some time with the Jaecoo J6 RWD, I can say it's a car that puts a smile on my face every time I see it. The boxy, rugged design is unlike anything else on the road, and I often get compliments and questions about it. It feels modern yet has a fun, retro-inspired personality. Around town, the J6 is comfortable and effortless to drive. The electric motor is smooth and quiet, and while it's not the quickest EV off the line, it has more than enough power for everyday driving. The high seating position, light steering, and excellent visibility make it easy to navigate tight car parks and city traffic. Inside, the cabin feels spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of technology and a clean, minimalist layout. The ride is comfortable over bumps, making it a great companion for daily commutes and weekend trips. There are a few compromises. The rear-wheel-drive version isn't meant for spirited driving, and the infotainment system takes a little time to get used to. But these are minor trade-offs for a car with so much character.
