McLaren MSO lab reveals new details of its Genesis Collection NFT drop

McLaren Automotive has revealed the first details of its first Genesis Collection drop for the recently launched MSO Lab digital community.
The ultra-limited, invitation-only mint, celebrates one of McLaren's most desirable cars: The P1, the world's first hybrid hypercar to be launched, and its track-only variant, the P1 GTR. Only 2,012 randomly generated P1 and P1 GTR NFTs will be minted in reference to 2012, the year that it was unveiled to the world at the Paris Motor Show, and each will have a completely unique MSO LAB treatment.
Aside from the P1 skins awarded to 14 MSO LAB honorary members which include luminaries from the worlds of arts, fashion and crypto, only 1,998 NFTs will be available to buy from McLaren's marketplace, supported by its metaverse partner InfinteWorld, which can be accessed here.
The collection will drop at 9:00pm Singapore time on 11 May 2022, giving first opportunity to McLaren owners and other specially-invited individuals with priority access to make their purchases. 48 hours later at 9:00am on 13 May 2022, the remaining NFTs within the collection will open to a select group of invited wider NFT communities.
