Great value for it's sector characteristics! `
Bought car late 2016. Now in September 2017, 9 months later: very satisfied with overall ownership, 2 Electronic Computer Programming issues that were easily rectified by the Hyundai workshop. Car servicing- fuss free. The Diesel engine is great! Good consumption pattern and excellent power rating. Only drawback: noisy diesel engine at idle!

Sporty look and with after market wheels will make the car look smart. `
Love the response of the car and it will move willingly whenever you need the extra speed. Drivers seat were quite spacious and don't feel the restriction. Not too much of lag when shifting down gear. With a 1.6T you can feel the respond was good. If it is a 2.0T diesel. This monster will move shifty.

Enticing diesel Tucson `
Had a drive in the diesel Tucson a couple of days back. Was really impressed with the engine, very torquey and usable yet fairly quiet. Very nice on the wallet. The interior is also nice and spacious. The redesigned exterior also looks much better. The car also drives rather well, its size is manageable along our roads, and the handling is decent. some issues i had is mainly with the interior, which feels cheap because there's lots of plastic everywhere. Also, the car isn't the most well-equipped. I do wish the car had more equipment. Especially since so many new cars come very well equipped.

What a great engine! `
I have test driven this car with Komoco recently and definitely prefer the 2.0 CRD diesel engine over the 2.0 petrol power plant. The abundance of torque makes the CRDi drive so quiet and effortless. What a relaxed car to drive. Also plenty of interior space. If you don't require 7 seats, the Tucson will make the Santa Fe superfluous. It's a pity that the feature pack offered in Singapore lags behind the pack offered in other, nearby markets: no build-in GPS, no seat ventilation, not even a leather wrapped steering wheel comes as standard. I find the plastic steering wheel a real miss; Feels cheap and you are reminded of that feel every time you drive the car. This car with such a great diesel engine deserves more features for a CRD engine matching luxury feel!
