Bentley launches fragrance inspired by its Blackline cars

Bentley has unveiled a new Bentley For Men Black Edition fragrance, said to capture the mystique and contemporary allure of the Bentley Blackline specification.

The firm's Blackline specification allows users to tone down the brightware of their vehicles, offering a noir alternative to the chrome work that appears on the Continental GT and GTC, Flying Spur and Bentayga, giving them a brooding, modern, and distinguished look. Bentley states that 40% of its vehicles currently produced are outfitted with the Blackline pack.

This sense of sleek masculinity translates into the latest fragrance, which is said to deliver a radiant accord of powdery violet and tangy tangerine, flashes of Cool pink pepper and nutmeg, as well as cool incense, tobacco-scented tonka bean and leather-tinged Atlas cedarwood, all on a base of musk and crisp, dry wood.

The new fragrance comes in a bottle that has been designed to reflect the lines and curves of a Bentley, while looking as sharp and monochrome as a tailored tuxedo. It comes in a diamond-shaped flacon, in heavy black glass, that is discretely textured by silver-white stripes. It also gets an opaque finish, enhancing its polished silver metal shoulders that come embossed with the Winged-B. The new fragrance is available for purchase via Bentley's online store here.
