Bentley opens record number of vacancies for future talent

Bentley has announced that it is taking on a record number of trainees for its 2024 intake.

A total of 164 roles are being offered across the company, with more than a third of the placements focused on Bentley's Research and Development department as the firm looks to lead in the field of luxury mobility.

Of the 164 roles, 34 are for three or four-year apprenticeship positions, and 29 are two-year graduate roles. A further 101 positions are for 12-month industrial placements. Additional positions are available for roles in manufacturing, sales and marketing, as well as finance and human resource.

Bentley additionally states that it has welcomed its 117-strong 2023 cohort to join its 4,000-strong workforce in Crewe. This new cohort is said to comprise a record high 50:50 gender split. The positions available can be viewed on Bentley's career page here.
