BMW Championship raises $10.2m for Evans Scholars Foundation

Since 2007, the BMW Championship playoff event has raised over $60 million for the Evans Scholars Foundation, awarding full tuition and housing college scholarships to more than 3,600 caddies. The 2024 edition has become the first PGA TOUR event to be named "Tournament of the Year" for the sixth time, as well as raising $10.2 million.
Running from 22 August 2024 to 25 August 2024, the 2024 BMW Championship, held at Castle Pines Golf Club near Denver, Colorado, wowed more than 138,000 spectators, with American golfer Keegan Bradley claiming his second title at the penultimate event of the FedExCup playoffs. In addition, a record 1,190 caddies are enrolled as Evans Scholars at 24 leading universities in the U.S.A.
The Evans Scholars Foundation was also named the National Scholarship Providers Association's Scholarship Provider of the Year in October 2024
The BMW Championship also delivered the "Ultimate Fan Experience" in 2024, focusing on special entry, access, and transportation across the unique terrain of Castle Pines, providing a seamless fan experience and the best vantage point to watch the top participants.
The upcoming 2025 edition will be taking place from 12 August 2025 to 17 August 2025 at the Caves Valley Golf Club in Owings Mills, Maryland.
