BMW Group Asia gets new Customer Support Director

Fernando (Doji) Ferrer has handed over the reins as Customer Support Director at BMW Group Asia to Ramesh Divyanathan since 1 September 2024.

The firm states that the changes to the management of its Customer Support function comes as it seeks to bolster its business development needs.

Ramesh Divyanathan is now taking on the role of Customer Support Director at BMW Group Asia after having worked with BMW Group Indonesia as President Director for the last six years

Fernando (Doji) Ferrer has led the Customer Support function since 2018 and is described as having been influential in bringing the business forward, expanding the service network in Singapore, and improving customer satisfaction in the region. He has relocated to Beijing, China to take on the role of Head of Aftersales Channel Process and Systems at BBA Brilliance Automotive.

Ramesh Divyanathan, meanwhile, has been instrumental in driving the growth of BMW Group Indonesia as President Director over the last six years, and now takes on the role of Customer Support Director at BMW Group Asia in Singapore. Ramesh has previously held Director positions at BMW Group Asia in areas including Sales Channel Development, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs.
