Cycle & Carriage (C&C) has announced that it has devoted $50 million towards a transformation agenda that will see it refurbish and elevate its premises across its network.
According to the brand, this plan has been in motion since 2023 and is currently ongoing till 2027. Throughout this period, the refurbishments include upgrades to its showrooms, service centres, and infrastructure to enhance and deliver seamless customer experiences.
C&C has also said that the upgrades will target hospitality (e.g., lounges with clear sightlines to vehicles, cafe-style engagement zones), efficiency (streamlined back-of-house operations), and sustainability (onsite solar and EV infrastructure).
To further reinforce its sustainability credentials, C&C also plans to achieve Green Mark certification for four of its largest facilities, namely its main showroom at 239 Alexandra Road, Mercedes-Benz Centre, Eunos Service Centre, and Pandan Loop Service Centre by end 2027.
And in line with the Singapore Green Plan 2030, C&C's commercial vehicle leasing arm has also transitioned 100% of its Light Goods Vehicle (LGV) fleet to fully electric vans. Together with the aforementioned upgrades, this underscores the brand's commitment to drive sustainable mobility and operational excellence.
