Cycle & Carriage (C&C) invited members of the media for a behind-the-scenes look at its Mercedes-Benz Aftersales operations, showcasing its specialist skills, advanced technology, and factory-certified processes - all benchmarked to global standards.
Servicing more than 75,000 Mercedes-Benz vehicles annually through a network of over 160 certified technicians in three service centres across the island, C&C ensures each vehicle is diagnosed, repaired, and maintained to the global standards applied in the marque's most advanced facilities worldwide.
At the Mercedes-Benz Centre, media observers witnessed the Service Clinic in action, a curated programme delivering factory-certified maintenance designed to preserve vehicle performance and reliability over the vehicle's lifetime. It showcased how preventive diagnostics, system checks, and targeted software updates are used to pre-empt faults and uphold stringent manufacturer standards.
Members of the media also visited the Mercedes-Benz Authorised Service Centre at Pandan Loop, where they experienced first-hand what goes on behind the scenes of C&C's bustling aftersales workshop. The facility houses a Mercedes-AMG workshop, Mercedes-Maybach workshop, and Body and Paint Centre of Competence, the only facility in Singapore certified at the highest level by Mercedes-Benz for both full-scale body restoration and factory-grade refinishing.
