Citroen partners DongFeng to create C-XR SUV Concept

French automaker Citroen strengthens their ties with China carmaker DongFeng to create the all new C-XR SUV Concept.

The concept will feature 3D-effect rear lights combined with a chrome-finished dual tailpipe

The C-XR Concept is the first SUV jointly developed by the two automakers, which aims to enter the growing market segment that saw nearly three million sales in 2013 - an increase of 50 percent from 2012.

The concept will feature compact styling with an assertive SUV look, with a raised ground clearance and 17-inch to further accentuate the sense of purposefulness.

Underneath the hood, the C-XR will receive a THP 160 petrol engine with 'Stop&Start' technology and the latest generation automatic gearbox that delivers enjoyable performance with reduced fuel consumption.
