Eurokars Group, which represents all three BMW Group's automotive brands (BMW, Rolls-Royce and MINI), has just launched its new BMW Retail.Next and MINI Retail.Next facility at Leng Kee Road.
Strategically located within the main automotive belt in Singapore, these new additions solidify Eurokars Group's dedication towards elevating customer experiences across the three iconic brands. This effort is also synonymous with the BMW Group's direction of creating a personalised, immersive and seamless experiential customer buying journey.
The BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre houses a specially-curated showroom with a cozy and luxurious customer lounge and delivery suite on its first two levels
The BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre is a six-storey building with a specially-curated showroom, customer lounge and delivery suite on the first two levels. This BMW Retail.Next flagship centre features a cozy and inviting environment, warmly welcoming clients into a space that fosters interaction, deepens connections and builds lifelong relationships.
This is a space where one would be able to get up close with the wide range of BMW cars and get to know them better. Equipped with the Emotional Virtual Experience (EVE) player, BMW customers can immerse themselves in a fully customisable experience, visualising their desired car configuration.
The facility has been designed with a focus on customer experience by offering personalised services at every touchpoint
"This state-of-the-art facility has been designed with precision to deliver an exceptional customer experience, showcasing the latest BMW models and offering personalised services at every touchpoint," shared Jason Lim, Managing Director of BMW Eurokars Auto.
Singapore's first-ever MINI Retail.Next facility, the MINI Habitat, is connected to the BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre's building, offering a similar concept, but with MINI's vibrant flavour
Connected to the BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre's building is the new MINI Habitat - the first MINI Retail.Next facility in Singapore. Built upon the same Retail.Next concept that is the foundation of the BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre, the MINI Habitat adds the brand's vibrant and individualistic nature to create a personalised oasis.
"We started the MINI dealership in Singapore in 2006 with the first-ever standalone MINI showroom in the world. Today, it is refreshed with the new Retail.Next concept and I am confident that this transformation will further elevate the customer journey and experience," Cheryl Chiok, Managing Director of Eurokars Habitat commented.
The new MINI Aceman SE crossover also made a surprising appearance at the MINI Habitat's grand opening
In addition to the celebrations of the new facilities, the new MINI Aceman SE electric crossover also made its first appearance in Singapore here. The MINI Aceman SE is powered by a 214bhp electric motor, with a 54.2kWh battery, this drivetrain allows it to complete the century sprint in 7.1 seconds, all while offering a WLTP range of 405km.
Both the BMW Eurokars Flagship Centre and the MINI Habitat share an integrated Service Reception on the ground floor of the conjoined buildings, within 27 and 29 Leng Kee Road. This allows Eurokars' customers to address all their automotive needs, whether they drive a BMW or a MINI.
Like how it has congregated the showrooms of all three BMW group automotive brands within earshot, Eurokars Group has also expanded and converted its facility at 27A Tanjong Penjuru into an integrated Authorised Service Centre for BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, showing its commitment in delivering comprehensive and holistic vehicle support services to all BMW group's customers.
