Fiat unveils the Strada Sporting

The Strada Sporting is based on the Strada Extended Cab pickup, but adds extra features such as tinted headlights, a body-coloured aero kit which includes fender flares, front spoiler and side skirts, and exclusive 16-inch alloy wheels. Other styling details include silver trim on the mirrors, front fog lights, roof bars and the rear bumper.

Inside, the Strada Sporting features gloss black trim, a leather steering wheel, handbrake and gear lever, all with red stitching, red-coloured seat belts, a revised instrument panel and rubber-studded aluminium pedals. Optional equipment includes a sunroof, Bluetooth connectivity, and a premium audio system.

The Strada Sporting is powered by Fiat's 1.8-litre four-cylinder engine which produces 130bhp and 249Nm of torque, and the flex-fuel engine is able to run on ethanol. Fiat has also optimized the five-speed manual transmission and recalibrated the suspension for better handling.
