Ford to premiere four new models at Frankfurt

Ford revealed their plans for the motor show, which will be held in Frankfurt from September 15 to 25, and said that their four new models will include "a new design concept" as well as "details of the next Focus performance car".“Ford plans to make a strong statement at the Frankfurt Motor Show, with several very exciting global product reveals and our significantly expanded show stand,” said Stephen Odell, chairman and CEO, Ford of Europe. “We’re excited to be showing customers our best-ever vehicle line-up and a special glimpse of the future,” Odell added.
The "next performance Focus" is expected to be the production version of the new Focus ST, which was showcased in concept form at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, while the other cars could be a new Fiesta ST model, as well as the Veratrak compact SUV concept, of which the production model will replace the Kuga SUV in Europe, and the Escape SUV in the US.
