Hyundai Innovation Centre to get its own restaurant

Visitors to the Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore from June 2024 onwards will be able to get a better taste of Korean culture. Quite literally.
Not only is the innovation centre the location from which the Ioniq 5 (our 2023 Car of the Year, btw) is built, it will additionally now host Na Oh, a new restaurant concept and the product of a collaboration between world-renowned three-Michelin-star Chef Corey Lee and Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore.
Korean for 'moving from inside out', the restaurant is envisioned as a cultural hub for Korean cuisine, craft, and design here in Singapore, and will serve as the base from which Corey Lee will explore traditional Korean cuisine through a modern lens.
Na Oh is set to expand Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre Singapore's customer experience beyond being an automotive production facility, transforming it into a unique hospitality destination in Singapore.
And yes, the new restaurant will utilise the 30kg of fresh produce the centre's two-story vertical smart farm (erm) produces daily, offering visitors a unique farm-to-table experience.
Na Oh is set to operate as a causal family restaurant while serving the same quality products and utilising the technical preparations usually reserved for fine dining. Expect exquisite hansik cuisine calibrated for the modern palate that draws inspiration from Korean traditions that will tantalise taste buds, alongside new cultural insights through collaborations with many of Korea's master artisans. Na Oh is set to open to public in June 2024.
